AccessiblePRS is a property consultancy specialising in accessible strategy & design. Our mission is to increase the quantity of wheelchair accessible housing stock available.
We do two things:
- connect our registered wheelchair user (potential) tenants to our landlords’ accessible rental properties
- work with investors, developers, architects and co-housing groups to help them understand how accessibility is relevant to them, how they can benefit from it and how to implement it correctly.

Guy Harris brings both professional and lived experiences to this work, having sustained a spinal injury in 2003. He has spent over two decades working in the property industry – in agency, development & investment, here (UK) and in Germany. He is committed to speeding up the inevitable: the growing trend towards awareness of the need for and provision of accessible homes.
